These terms govern purchases from and use of wearbluum.com, operated by Arc Media Enterprise LLC, trading as Bluum, at 412 W 7TH, Clovis, New Mexico 88101, United States.

Orders and eligibility

You must have legal capacity to make the purchase or the appropriate authorisation required by applicable law. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and use an authorised payment method.

Review the product, selected colour, size, quantity, delivery details and total before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. A request to change an order is not guaranteed once fulfilment has begun; this does not restrict statutory cancellation rights.

If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund payments for goods we do not supply. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If a material pricing error arises, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charge an additional amount without permission. Applicable contract and consumer law governs the resolution.

Products and descriptions

Product descriptions, material information and the size guide for the particular item form part of the information on which you can rely. Display settings can affect how colours appear, but this does not excuse a material mismatch with the description. Images and measurements must not be used to misrepresent the goods supplied.

Use and care instructions should be followed. Ordinary wear, misuse and damage caused after delivery are assessed separately from a manufacturing defect or other lack of conformity.

Prices, currencies and payment

Our primary store currency is USD. Other supported checkout currencies include GBP, NZD and EUR where offered for the selected market. The currency and amount shown before you place your order are the basis of your payment. Currency symbols should be read together with their currency code.

Delivery charges, applicable taxes and other charges that we must disclose will be presented before you commit to the purchase. We do not authorise undisclosed additions to the agreed price. A payment provider may apply its own conversion or foreign transaction charges under your agreement with that provider.

Bluum covers applicable import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges. These are not payable separately by you on delivery. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is displayed or included before payment as required by law.

Promotions

Promotions apply according to the eligibility and conditions displayed when you order. For Bluum's Buy 2, Get 1 Free offer, add three eligible pieces to your bag. The lowest-priced eligible piece receives the discount. The offer applies once per order and cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated otherwise.

The discount shown at checkout determines the amount paid. Promotions do not restrict statutory cancellation, refund or product-quality rights. Refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain delivery arrangements and remedies. We remain responsible for obligations owed to you even where fulfilment or transport is performed by another business.

Carrier delays do not automatically remove your right to cancel or receive another remedy. Risk passes only as permitted by applicable law; where consumer law places delivery risk on us until you or your nominated recipient takes possession, these terms preserve that protection.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or submit fraudulent orders. Website material may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to us or relevant rights holders. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of those rights. Statutory exceptions and permitted personal use remain available.

Third-party links are provided for their stated purpose. They do not transfer our responsibility for your purchase to another party.

Responsibility and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, liability for fraud, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where protected by law. We do not require you to waive mandatory remedies or accept store credit instead of a legally due refund.

Contact us first if there is a problem so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from using a regulator, payment-provider remedy, court or other procedure available under applicable law, and does not suspend legal deadlines. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or require you to give up a right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction where the law provides it.

Changes and severability

Changes to these terms apply prospectively. The terms and mandatory protections applicable when you made a purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a lawful change is agreed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
